Our staff is on hand to help you register for events, find a needed resource, arrange volunteer help, and much more. All this is available with just a phone call to our office. The office is open weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you leave a telephone message, it will be returned by the next business day. Mount Vernon At Home is a concierge-style village. We take pride in offering solutions, helpful responses, or advice . We are a community of friendly, knowledgeable staff and talented volunteers who can assist with a wide variety of requests, although some requests are best handled by professional service providers. In those instances, office staff has years of experience in locating and evaluating local resources, such as those on our preferred provider list.

Membership: A Sampling of Services 

Transportation: local medical appointments, grocery shopping, etc. 
Neighborhood errands: grocery shopping, pharmacy, library, post office, bank. These can be done for you or with you, depending on your preference. 
Technology support: set up, use, and problem solving with printers, computers, tablets, smart phones, email, DVDs, TVs.
Handy helpers: change hard-to-reach ceiling light bulbs and smoke detector batteries; trim shrubs; plant flower pots; brief absence services (plant watering, mail pick up).
Home organizing/decluttering.
